Natalie is in network in Washington with Carelon, Optum/UHC, and Aetna through Alma. In order to use benefits with Natalie, the consultation request must be coordinated through Alma. Please follow this link to Natalie’s Alma profile to request a consultation.
For all others, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance for their out-of-network reimbursement details.
CPT code used is 90834 (50-minute talk therapy session) or 90837 (80-minute talk therapy session).
